Terms of use and conditions.

How to order?

– In the menu of this web page, you will find a tab named MODELS, when you deploy this tab you can click on the model of your preference, inside each page you will find the order form for that specific model.
The form will display a list of options, you can choose the specifications and customize it to your liking, fill out the form completely and submit, not before accepting the privacy policy and have accepted the terms and conditions.

– Once the form is submitted, it is our job to review it and quote your order within 48 hours. If you do not receive the quotation before or after that time, please DO NOT send the form again, we will contact you as soon as possible.

– When the quote is ready, we will send you an email with all the information and payment instructions.
– At this point you should make any changes you feel necessary to evaluate your quote or complete your requirements, or you have the right to reject the quote and not place your order.
– To receive your order, we require a deposit of USD$ 750 or Mxn $13,000, this deposit is mandatory and non-refundable. You will pay the rest of the cost when the instrument is finalized.
– Once the deposit is sent, your order is registered and no refunds or exchanges will be possible, please double check the form before sending it.

* I do NOT build instruments with specifications that are not within the forms. No Exception, do not insist.
* It is NOT possible to modify the headstock shape.
* It is NOT possible to modify the shape of the body.
* It is NOT possible to modify the shape of the pickguard.
* The waiting time while I make your instrument is 6 to 9 months. It is not possible to deliver it in a shorter time, please do not insist, if you are not willing to wait the necessary time, do not place your order. I repeat, do not insist.

– The customer will be notified two weeks prior to the completion of the instrument, at this point we will request the shipping address for final quotation, once the shipping address is received, the customer will receive the payment instructions for the remaining amount, i.e.: Total value of the instrument with shipping cost, minus the initial deposit.
– It is the customer’s responsibility to make the final payment within 15 days.
– When the instrument is ready, he will receive a new notification via email with the good news along with photos of the instrument.
– If the customer does not make the payment during that time, he has 5 working days of extension. If in these 5 additional days the final payment is not received, we will dispose of the instrument, it will be put on sale and there will be no refund of the advance payment, without exception.

 

Payment and shipping methods.

For orders within the Mexican Republic.

– IVA is included. Payments will be made by bank deposit or electronic transfer, if you wish to make the payment by credit or debit card, we will send you a PayPal or Mercadopago request (it generates commissions from the platforms). If you want a CFDI Invoice, you must send your updated tax status certificate for invoicing. We do not invoice for the total amount, only for the deposits received.
-Shipping costs are charged to the customer and we are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur in transit.

For international orders.

– The only method of payment accepted will be via PayPal, the fees of this platform for the exchange rate and commissions will be added to your final quote.
– Shipping costs will be calculated according to your location and zip code, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to send full funds with the last payment corresponding to your quote. The shipping method is UPS Ground for the United States of America (USD$100 to $200 approximately) and UPS Express for the rest of the countries (USD$300 to $400 approximately).
– The instrument will be shipped insured and declared for its full cost, the customer will receive the tracking number so he/she can monitor the delivery and prepare for the payment of customs duties.
– We are not responsible for the taxes that this may generate in the country of destination and it will not be possible to modify the declared value.
– We recommend that you check with the customs authorities in your country in advance to prevent any mishaps that may result in high storage costs.

Warranty and returns.

– Every Aroutine instrument comes with a lifetime warranty.

* The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
* The warranty covers the repair of the defect at no additional cost.
* The warranty does NOT cover damage due to shipping and handling or improper care of the instrument, such as exposure to climates not suitable for its care or damage caused by improper adjustment. All instruments are photographed and thoroughly inspected before delivery to ensure proper operation, if for any reason they receive improper care or adjustment after leaving our workshop, we will not be responsible.
* The warranty does not cover return shipping costs, these are the responsibility of the customer.
* It is the customer’s responsibility the correct care of the instrument, the costs for daily adjustments such as calibration and maintenance are not our responsibility.
